Primary section begins from Grade I to V. At the age of 6, a student will be admitted to Grade I.

- Will have completed Qaida & Nazra with Tajweed.
- For conceptual training, a special manual of Kalmy, Duaaein, Surah, Ahadith, Asma ul Husna, Tafseer ul Quran and Islamic stories is included in each class.
- MBJ is also starting primary classes for girls.
